Return Policy

Our return policy is super simple.  If you aren't happy with your DRT product, let us know and we will make it right for you!  

Send us an email at info@drtsoap.com and include your order number.  Let us find a resolution for your order and we'll both be happy!

We believe in the highest commitment to our customers.  With that said, we want to make sure you're happy with DRT products.  Don't hesitate to send an email...we don't bite.

Exchanges

For any exchanges, products will need to be unused and in the original packaging.  We understand that without smelling our products, you may receive an item that doesn't quite have the scent you were expecting.  If that's the case, send us your unopened and unused product and we can work with you to get you a product you absolutely love!
